Abstract

The high dynamism of environment  and of market enterprise must cope with highlights relevance of vulnerability in deciding and implementing the strategy. In this paper, with reference to this contest, we analyze roles of ERM, Resilience, Antifragility, and reasons that impose their integration, to cope with risks and uncertainty regarding enterprise vulnerability.
